RETURNS POLICY

For customers within New Zealand we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the dispatch of your order, given they are in original condition. The Papery Studio has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. All exchanges must be finalised within this 15 day window. Please do not send back your purchase to us before contacting us at thepaperystudio@gmail.com and receiving an approval notification. If a refund is issued it will be credited to the original purchaser’s card. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items unless faulty. For all international sales outside of New Zealand, returns will be at the cost to the customer.

We offer free replacements for customers who experience faulty items, given that we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order. These are considered on a case by case basis. For faulty items please contact thepaperystudio@gmail.com. The Papery Studio reserves the right to refuse a replacement if we deem the fault to be disingenuous or caused by the receiver. For items that go missing during transit we will raise a claim on your behalf and the freight company will contact you for confirmation. Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process.
